- 2 tbs hot water
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lb ground turkey, (93/7 lean)
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
The Process
1. Prepare the Bouillon Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the Better Than Bouillon and hot water. Stir until the bouillon is dissolved.
2. Mix the Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, oregano, Worcestershire, and olive oil.
3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the beaten egg, bread crumbs, and bouillon mixture to the seasoned ground turkey. Mix gently until just combined. Overmixing can lead to tough burgers.
4. Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about ½ inch thick.
5. Cook the Burgers:
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
