- 1 small bunch parsley (about 8 sprigs), leaves only
- 1 large bunch of cilantro (about 16 sprigs), leaves only
- 1 small bunch basil (about 6 sprigs), leaves only
- 2 large garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 scallions, trimmed and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (from about 1 lime)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
The Process
Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, basil, garlic, scallions. Mix all the ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl.
