Serve these delicious turkey meatballs with your favorite pasta and sauce.
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Ground turkey (1 lbs)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more as needed
- ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 oil-packed anchovy fillets, finely minced, plus ½ tsp. oil from the jar
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, grated on a microplane (1¼ tsp.)
- 1 tsp. very finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
The Process
1. Combine the ground turkey, salt, pepper, anchovies, anchovy oil, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
2. Shape into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Serve immediately with your favorite pasta sauce.
